However, each POP downtime is treated with the highest priority, and we make every effort to ensure restoration within one hour. Our Support Team remains readily available to keep customers informed with real-time updates throughout any incident. In rare cases where downtime exceeds 24 hours, compensation provisions are in place in line with our service commitments.
No, there is no mandatory contract or minimum subscription period. You are free to subscribe based on your preferred duration and budget. However, there are added benefits for customers who opt for 6 month to 1 year upfront subscriptions.
An updated invoice containing Syscodes’ account details is typically sent one week before your service expiration date. Payments can be made via bank transfer using the details provided on the invoice, or conveniently through the billing app.
