These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Syscodes Communications website and the ordering of home, SME, and enterprise connectivity services.

Using this website

Content on this site is provided for general information about our coverage, plans, and services. Plan details, setup costs, and availability are subject to survey, technical feasibility, and confirmation at the time of order. Marketing pages and blog articles are educational and do not replace a signed service agreement.

Service requests

Submitting a form or feasibility check does not guarantee installation. We will contact you using the details you provide to confirm location, package, and next steps. False or incomplete information may delay or prevent service.

Acceptable use

Customers must not use Syscodes connectivity for unlawful activity, network abuse, unauthorised access, or traffic that degrades the network for others. We may suspend or terminate service for serious or repeated violations, fraud, non-payment, or safety risks, in line with your service agreement and our Service Level Agreement.

Payments & equipment

Fees, setup charges, and equipment rules are set out in your order confirmation or contract. Equipment supplied by Syscodes remains our property unless stated otherwise and must be returned in good condition if service ends.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syscodes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or data) arising from service interruptions, third-party apps, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.
